Case Fan and LED doesn't light up/No Signal when plugged to monitor

I guess I messed up my first build somewhere. I know all the parts are compatible. Here's the problems:
1)My front case and LED fan won't come on(Spec-01). I know I have the wires on the JFP1 hooked up correctly.
2)I've tried to run it on a monitor twice already and get no signal. One was a monitor I know has it problems. Takes a while to come on, etc. The other form of monitor I tried was my TV and that has never failed on me. I get no signal on both attempted and have a new monitor on the way Monitor. I feel like there is $600 down the drain...
Any Ideas? I can show pictures of the inside of the build and show what cords are not being used, etc if necessary. It's a very minimalistic gaming build.
The fans of everything else come on including the power supply, video card, and I'm pretty sure I hear the Hard Drive spinning.

Okay. I did all the checkups except for the CPU bent prongs. I missed that. This is pretty possible because I will admit I did put the CPU in the wrong way the first time. Is this possibly the solution for both my problems if there are indeed, bent prongs? I have to remove my video card to get to the CPU obviously. Would the best way to remove the CPU to pick it up by the heatsink? The thermal place should be stable enough where it won't come apart, correct?
