Question Case fan and motherboard have male PWM connectors?

Both my Asus b450 motherboard and roswill case have same male 4 pin plugs for chassis fans I want to be able to use utility software to control case fans but finding a adapter cable is next to impossible. Finding a unsleeved extension cable so I can splice to female plugs together is next to impossible . So looking for a adapter plug.

need male to female 4 pin plug adapter?
