I add a third fan into my case, I don't have extra fan header in my motherboard because the others are being used by the case fans and cpu fan. the new fan is connected with the psu, I went to pc shop to buy fan spiltter cable and he told me that I don't need one, I can control the speed of the fan from bios. is it possible to control the fan speed that connected with power supply using molex connector. its run at full speed and its little noise

I think you got some bad info. If you hook up a case fan to a the PSU using a molex connector, the fan is going to run at full speed.

You can do one of two things. Use fan splitters. With these you can connect 2 fans to one mobo connector. Then, the fan speed will be controlled by the mobo/bios. Since you're using 3 fans, either use the spitter on the 2 input fans or use the splitter on 2 exhaust fans - depending on your setup. The other alternative is to add a fan controller between the PSU and the fan. Then, manually adjust the fan speed.

yeah i was going to buy a fan splitters, but like you said, i got bad info. is the fan splitters safe to use, because i dont want to burn the motherboard.
