Hi. I recently purchased new case fans for my system and I am struggling to find software/fan controller to manually adjust custom fan curves. Fixing it in the BIOS won't work because it forces the fans (even in custom) to run at 100% ofter the CPU runs at 75 degrees plus. Ideally, I want the fans to ramp up to 75% at 80 degrees and 100% at 90 degrees plus. I have tried multiple different types of software but none seems to work. Currently, I have the H150i pro AIO cooler from corsair which has its own temp for the coolant. I was also wondering if I can just sync my case fans to the corsair fans in Corsair link. If software is not the option, what fan controller/hub can I use to control the speeds of my case fans manually. My case fans are 4 pin fans.
Thanks in advance.

Motherboard fan controlling is a bit buggy at times. In my experience, though, your best bet is to plug the fans onto the motherboard and use the software that is offered by your motherboard vendor. If you're stuck, you can try something like this.
Any PWM fan controller should work, something like speedfan could also work though it is a bit confusing to use at times. What motherboard are you using? The BIOS fan control software should not do that, on my ASUS motherboard you have to select PWM or DC, if all your fans are 4pin make sure you set it to PWM trying to control PWM fans in DC mode might cause your issue.

I've never used corsair link, I would imagine you could control your PWM fans with it not sure though.
