Hello, I have a Thermaltake MK-1 case and I just bought a new 200mm fan for the top. I understand how to install it normally but I am having trouble hooking it to the built in fan control on the case, I also have a LED button that turns the fan LEDS on/off which isn't working either. of course these controllers are working with the fans that came with the case, just not my new installed one. I tried following the wire to see were it led and its obviously hooked to the front where the button is but its such a small space ill never get in there. how do I get the fan controller to work with my new fan? cause just plugging it into the molex isn't controlling the speed. Thanks in advance.

Solution
Apparently the controller LED function only works with the two stock colorshift fans, but if you use a splitter you can hook an additional top fan along with the stock top fan to the same connector and it should work for power, speed control and LED. To get at the leads you have to take off the front and top panel, then pop the four tabs on the power switch panel.
