Case fan directions?

I just received my new case. It came with 4 preinstalled fans. Back 120, window 80, top 80 and front 80. All of the fans are blowing outward. Is this the way it really 'should' be for best airflow?

Also, the case is a x-navigator steel. If anyone has, how do you change the display to Fahrenheit, not celcius?

Interesting, if they all blow outwards, you case would be a vacuum, and light travels faster in a vacuum... Hmmm.
