Case fan for Airflow

Im looking for a 140mm fan for airflow for my 350d. Im between noctua nf af14 pwm and akasa viper r pwm. Which would you suggest ?

I would recommend the Noctua. The move a lot of air and they are very quiet (which many fans do not do).
