Okay first off all this is my pc

Cpu : fx 6300
Video card : amd r7-265
Mb : Gigabyte 990xa-ud3
Cpu cooler : cryorig h5 ultimate
Case fan : cooler master stick flow X (intake) / thermaltake silence (rear out)

My bois is updated
.....
It happened suddenly ..when i put my computer in sleep mode for about 2 minutes , i have cold temperatures here my CPU max temp in pressure 40°C.. Whenever i start after the sleep Mode .. My intake fan goes CRAZYY like 1500RPM.. Until i restart, i removed all the hardware,
reinstalled it , still have the problem even i changed the fan with new one..

Here comes the weirdest part when i plug the fan through the PSU not in motherboard , when i go sleep everything goes fine.. BUT my cpu fan stops or barely spin i changed it and still the same problem, even on pressure state not spinning .. When i install my case fan in motherboard , the fan goes crazy and the cpu fan runs in low speed likee 300 rpm... What IS GOING ONNNN.

You could try reinstalling your motherboard management program. if your fans are 3 pin fans (and the mother board connector has 4 pins) the speed it´s controlled trough windows not throug the BIOS. I have one fan connected this way (3 pin fan, 4 pin motherboard connector) and when i start or shut down windows it always goes full speed for a moment (till windows takes control or mother board cuts the power). Maybe it works for you.
1| Are you running on Windows 10?
2| Are you sure your fans are plugged into the corresponding fan headers on your motherboard?
3| The fans powered off your PSU will obviously run as is since the board doesn't need to control/regulate them.

Sounds like your CPU isn't coming out of sleep correctly. In Windows control panel fine power settings and set you CPU only to never sleep. Test and see if that helps. Finding the root cause for you CPU sleep issue could be costly for such a small matter. Could be the motherboard or PSU power issue a the root of the problem.

... Didn't catch that.. No. (3)

Yes yes yes.. I totally agree with you, the root of the problem is not enought power well tbh something strange happened today, the case fan goes crazy after boot that it stopped the cpu fan .. Till i restart everything goes fine.. Is the motherboard not giving enough power to let evwrythibg work fine?

Could be the motherboard or psu. The easy work around tho is the change your power settings in control panel. Set your cpu to never sleep. Could even be a windows issue with your motherboard. A very remote possiblity your cpu is a very low bin and becomes unstable at very low voltage which cpu is set at. I would just try a work around if I were in your shoes.

You forgot to include your PSU. If the CPU fan doesn't operate at cold boot then there may very well be problem with the board or the OS isn't cooperating with your system. I must ask, is the motherboard BIOS up to date?

You may want to try and perform a repair install and see if that changes anything.

Regarding point # 3, if you have your fans running solely off the PSU power connector, it doesn't need the motherboard to regulate power to it thus the fans will work as it should. If them being disconnected from your motherboard results in the CPU fan working as it should then it's possible that the board is having a tough time regulating power to all the fans.

yeah i changed it and still the same problem , tryin to figure out what is going on , i put some suggestions

1- power issue with the mobo
2- PSU problem
3- windows 10 issue

gonna try to do one by one and keep you updated

PSU : Stock PSU from Thermaltake case 500w

and yeah my bois is up to date and Cpu fan is working in cold boot the issue happens only when i go to sleep mode , well there's something to mention in first startup the case fan goes crazy for 3 sec then back to normal .. and that's only when it's connected to motherboard ... point #3 when i plug the case fan on PSU it work exactly at max speed , when i go to sleep mode the fan works fine , cpu fan not working

is this url working ??

Sorry to report, but I am having Sleep, fan issues as well with two different Gigabyte motherboards: GA-H270-Gaming 3 and Z370XP SLI. Seems like my BIOS fan settings are lost when coming out of Sleep. I'm assuming the system is reverting to default sets which DO NOT cool adequately. Make sure you have the newest BIOS, but it looks like Gigabyte has some work to do. Still, I do appreciate Gigabyte products.

If you decide to run your fans directly from the power supply, you can rewire some Molex, fan, adapter cables to the 5 volt lead (red wire) instead of the 12 volt (yellow wire) assuming the fan has high RPMs with 12 volts.
