Case Fan headers

My motherboard I just ordered has 3 fan headers. I planned on using them for 3 case fans. Will my stock Intel CPU cooler take up one of my case fan headers?

The CPU fan connects to what many motherboard manufacturers call a CPU Fan header.

I guess that it will.
But, not to worry, you have options.

1. you can use a fan splitter to connect two case fans to one header.
2. You can connect a case fan directly to the psu.
