Question Case fan headers

4 case fans with a molex(male) and a 3 pin fan connector (each). My MSI B450M-A PRO MAX has only 1 SYS_FAN header. As for my Power Supply it is a ANT Esports VS500L with 2 molex 4 pin(male), So I have decided to use Female molex Y splitters on both molex connectors on the powersupply. But I currently don't know what to do with the 3 pin x 4 on the ANT Esports Elite 1100 Case when my motherboard has only 1 case fan header.

With those passive splitters/hubs you have to watch total amperage of fans connected to it, typical fan controller output from MB is 1A. over that you risk burning it. Also can't control them individually and shouldn't mix sizes and types (3 and 4 pins).
For more Amps you need an active controller with own power input (Molex or SATA).
