Case fan into CPU fan header

I have a case with 3 fans pre installed (https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147238) and i would like to add a fourth to get better air flow. My mobo (https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130888) has 3 case fan headers and 2 CPUfan headers. can I plug a case fan into the extra CPU fan header?
