Case Fan not Working, but LED is

So in my computer case, the Azza Solano 1000R, the top 230mm fan is not spinning, however the LED's are working. What could be the problem? Thanks

What happens if you spin the fan by hand (PLEASE make sure the computer is off when you do this!)? Your fan's motor may be dead.

follow up pls. I have an Azza case with the top fan doing the same thing. LED works, but stopped spinning. Other fans working just fine

btw, mine does nothing when spun by hand. spins to a stop, no motor seems engaged
