Question Case fan on gpu

I broke one "wing" on the gpu cooler. Can I use 2pin case fan and plug it in the header of the gpu than adjust fan curve?

Best to plug the fan into the motherboard rather than trying to get it to run off the GPU. You may also have control through there and be able to properly set fan curves. Most GPUs will operate in a 'no fan' mode and just monitor temperatures to decide to run the card at full power or not.

Depending on the card, a 120mm case fan is often a superior cooling solution to what comes stock.
