Question case fan randomly stopping.

So i noticed sometimes one of my case fans doesn't always start up normally it will after long shutdowns like overnight but not always i was wondering why and what i should do.

rogstrix b450f mobo
gigabyte 5700xt
Ryzen 5 3600
16 gig ram 2400 mhz
i think psu is evga 6-700 watt cant remember its been a bit.
fans are Icetek RGB.
All fans are connected to a little splitter box thing thats plugged into the mobo.

First off to test if it is a issue with the fan and not the hub/port, plug the fan directly into a fan header on the motherboard and see how it reacts. If it works fine I would advise to use a different port on the hub at there could be an issue.
