I have recently rewired my self build PC since back then I had no idea of cable management. Everything seemed fine when I noticed that changing my front fan speed to low (as opposed to high and off) the PC would just shut down. It then tries to restart unsuccessfully until I switch my case fan back to off/high. Today it even looked like the PC was dead but after it being off for a few minutes I was able to turn it back on. I have two case fan levers but it only appears to be happening to one of them (front).
Have I rewired something wrong? Or could this be another problem?

Solution
Ok, I have found the issue myself. I just installed another fan and realised that I connected BOTH the power and the control plug facepalm... After I disconnected the power plug (leaving just the control) it worked again.
