Case/Fan setup advice needed.

Hi there, I'm currently about to buy either a 1070ti or a 1080ti as part of an upgrade I'm doing, alongside a new case. It's the first time I've sat down to plan it out as best as possible compared to the old days of just buying powerful stuff and throwing it in. Some advice I do need is on fan setup especially when I have a radiator on my CPU and on my future GPU (if this will even fit right) and I still need to remove air in the case.

So here's the problem, the case I'm looking at is a Fractal R4 because it's insanely modular with great ability for fan placement as well as sound control. On my cpu I have a Corsair H66 water cool setup which has a 140mm radiator and on the GPU's I'm looking at have a 120mm radiator. So what would be the best way to set up the fans/radiators? My idea is as shown in the annotated image (unfortunately it's the best image of the case I could find which shows the most fan spaces).

Looking at it though I'm guessing the radiators will just draw the rising heat (as there isn't room to have two radiators on the back of the case). The contingency plan if there is no better solution is to buy the same card just without the attached watercooling (just trying to help minimise sound). If the GPU pipes are long enough I could potentially put the radiator on the front of the case but it's safe to say I couldn't get the CPU's over there as well.
