Case Fan Swap?

Presently I’m running an nzxt h700j tower, on the top I have 3 nzxt 120mm aero fans and a 140mm aero fan, would I see much of a change if I swapped them for noctua ippc 3k fans, 120 and 140 editions? I’ll lose the rgb function, but I can drop he phantek lux on them and match them with my rad and gpu (rad has noctua with luxs on it)

You might get some less noise only as you already have enough exhaust. See if you can ad another fan for intake, that may help more.
