Case Fan Wiring Help

Having some problems wiring my case fans. I have the BitFenix Colossus case (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811345001) and the this PSU (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139011). My problem is the case fans run into a speed controller, which out of that comes a 4 pin molex with both a female and male. The PSU has no place to plug in the molex but did come with two cords that go from 4 pin molex to a regular 4 pin that could plug into the motherboard, both of which have male molex ends. This is my first build and any help would be appreciated
