I got a case (free) that only has 1 slot on the back just below the ps, the ps fan and one one the top (yes the top!) is there any way that I can add another slot for a fan?

You guys are the best!

There are after market case fans that mount sideways (if that makes any sense) to little vent holes or to one the expansion slots.

Other than that, get a saw and some tape...

Yup! Either a Dremel rotary tool w/cutoff wheel or a jig-saw, heh.

Ahhh! It's 2003 and wait, whats this!? My computer didn't blow up! ... Well damn, there goes my new Athlon @ 333FSB and my inssurance claim... heheheh

Hehe yeah, and have some elastoplasts ready if you don't smooth out the cut edge properly :)
If you want to get the airflow absolutely right, I don't think there's any better idea than cutting the case yourself so you can get the air _exactly_ where you want it

yeah seriously... I've added an extra window and 120mm fan, as well as more front-intake vents

It's not too hard to cut a new hole, I've done it. If you need one for a front fan, you don't even need to cut the front plastic, there's usually a slot under the front edge that will handle it.
