Question Case Fans/AIO Fans not spinning

So I recently replaced my motherboard with the MSI B550 A-PRO. Everything was working fine until one afternoon I turned on my PC and none of the fans were spinning. I tried different fan connectors on the motherboard, nothing worked. Tried a different fan model, nothing worked. Is there something wrong with my motherboard? I am able to still use the computer but the fans aren't spinning. Possible Power Supply issue? I have Corsair QL120 fans and tried nzxt fans in the same connectors but none of the fans are spinning. Thank you.

Try going in to bios and under exit reset your bios to optimal/original settings, save and exit. reset pc. See if they come back on.

In your bios do you have an easy mode page? Look in there for fan settings. See if you can adjust the fan speed in there.

One other thing you said your computer works is your cpu cooler/fan working?

Yeah I can use the computer it’s just the fans aren’t on. Motherboard issue?
