This is my build (Only thing I changed was the ram to 1.5v)
My case: http://www.pbtech.co.nz/index.php?z=p&p=CHACLM0380&name=COOLER-MASTER-K380-Black-Gaming-Mid-Tower-Case-fro
I dont really understand fans, I guess the bigger RPM the better and the smaller db the better.
Im looking at these, I was thinking one good one like this http://www.pbtech.co.nz/index.php?z=p&p=FANCLM1321&name=COOLER-MASTER-JetFlo-120-Red-LED-Fan-ultra-thin-Tw
and two like this http://www.trademe.co.nz/computers/components/cooling-fans/case-fans/auction-698716664.htm What do you think? Could you give me a link to a really good one on tiger direct for under $10

Solution
each has a different purpose...you are right about the dB and the RPM but also consider CFM, thats like pressure and basically how much air it actually displaces . the Cooler Master has a high CFM of 95 it pushes a lot of air, i would make that an exhaust. the Raidmax only has 14 CFM so its just a front intake, designed to look cool. does not actually push much

Oh ok say i want to buy this http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=8864871&sku=JOR-102297547 and 1 more fan Would that be enough for my case? And will i be able to see the LED through my case?

your not finding very good deals. look at these cougars. just as an example.
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3828314&CatId=802

theres 4, 120mm , 60-100 cfm, and quieter too.

and this red LED FAN, it has a high CFM so it does it job, and its quiet at 18 dB. the fact that the RPM is only 1000 just means the fan doesnt have to work as hard to get better results/push (the point of the fan)
