Question case fans in bios, how to make them quieter?

so in my nzxt h500 i have the 2 stock fans.

They are pretty loud and run at 1000-1100rpm even in idle.

They are 3 pin fans so the rpm gets adjusted via the voltage.

But i dont know what voltage values i need. I adjust it via the + and -

just turn the values down until they are quiet.

so i just lower the volt? i pretty much only want them to be quieter in idle.
And yes, the 2 case fans make the most noise

yes just lowering the volt reduces rpm. I only changed level 1, should i also change level 2?
motherboard is msi b450 tomahawk

You can just change level one if you only want lower rpm at idle or low usage.
