Case Fans Louder After Re-arranging my PC?

Hello, I Installed a H60 Hydro cooler and moved some fans around and now my case fans sounds louder than before and i believe they are moving at a faster RPM, can some 1 please explain why this has happened and how i can get it how i had it before? Thank you. oh and by the way i am getting really low temps with my h60 on my i5 3570k at stock clock i must say(about 27c idle and 56c under full load) but i would like for the noise levels to go down a bit 2x louder than before. And its not the H60 fan.

no shaking at all just sounds louder as if more power is being distributed to the fans and they are running at max, and they are all connect via mole x connector but i had em connect via molex before and they werent running this strong and this loud.

the fans them self are louder seems to be moving faster and harder but i liked em how they were not so noisy
