Case Fans Molex

I've got the NZXT 530 and I've got everything working, except the fans, the fans have 3 pin connects and are large, the mother board runs off 4 pin. There is also a molex cable. I cannot seem to find any cables that I can use to connect the molex to the Psu. Any help?

P.S. How does the knob to change the fan speed work

The fan hub at the back is fine. It's just that to power the case fans and the LED's I need to plug in the molex cable into the psu. I haven't found any cables in which I can plug the moelx into the PSU, Psu is CS750m 80+
