[SOLVED] Case Fans - Need help choosing (5 pieces)

I'm looking to replace my default case fans because of poor airflow (i stress tested my GPU and my CPU got to about 55 degrees with only 12% usage. RTX 2080 and Ryzen 7 2700X).

I'm not very familiar with case fans so i've stumbled upon some recommandations and stuff, but i'm unsure and nobody seems to have a clue (asked pretty much anywhere but here).

I was recommended (by a friend) to have something like Noctua NF-P14s redux-1500 PWM (2 pieces) for the top of my case, and 3 Noctua NF-P14s redux-1200 PWM for the back and front (2 front, 1 back).

While checking my local market i also found Arctic Bionix F140 which seem to have a better airflow, PST (PWM sharing) which would save me some money from buying addon cables and they are literally the SAME price as those noctuas (1$ less). The problem is i can't find any information online about their static pressure...

I'm really undecided here. What would you guys choose ?
If you've got any other recommendations i'd be happy to hear them, but i'll have to check my local market.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, i'm talking about 140mm fans here.
EDIT2: Also the case is Sharkoon AI7000 if it helps.

Thanks in advance! ^_^

Everything is stock at the moment (and the default 3 fans for the case, 2 in, 1 out). The RPM on the CPU got quite high (reached 65 degrees on CPU which made the RPM go up). The thing is i dont think 55 degrees is fine if the CPU is at 12% (usually at 12% my cpu is about 40 degrees).

Thats about 30% pricier and i was looking for 140mm to maximize the efficiency (price matters since i want to buy 5 of them to replace every case fan i've got). I'll keep the noctua in mind tho as i'm not interested in RGB.
