I have very good cooling (Noctua CPU cooler, and Twin Frozr V GPU.. What is the purpose of turning up my noisy CASE FANS, when they basically has NO impact on cpu and gpu temperatures?.. :) Could i just leave them on slow speed for silence then? :)

Solution
Exactly, as long as temps are fine no need to speed up the fans, just make sure your HDD(s) and North Bridge also stay at a decent temp.

I don't know if the airflow is what you'd call "good".. At low speeds, if i hold my hand between the front intake and the motherboard, i feel a VERY small wind.. It's very much stronger if i turn up the fan speed.. But no matter what, my GPU and CPU is nice and cold :) so no long term damage of having a "low" CASE airflow as long as my components are cold?
