Case Fans On the NZXT 340 Have never Turned ON?

My new gaming PC was delivered yesterday and i have noticed both yesterday and today that the case fans have never turned on. The computer was tested by the company so i do not see how anything could not be working. Does anyone have any ideas on what i could do to solve the problem. I have also checked the bios and next to the chassis fans it just says N/A
