Question Case Fans Pulse Every Few Minutes....

I recently upgraded my motherboard and cpu to an Asus Prime z490-a paired with an Intel i7 10700k. I also put my entire build into a new case the NZXT 510. Every few minutes my fans with speed up and slow down multiple times in a row before settling to idle. Ive done everything from checking if the case fans are plugged in the right headers and going into bios and setting them at stealth mode with no prevail. I have a hunch it may be the NZXT case fans that came in the case. Im not sure what fans are speeding up or slowing down but I can hear them rev up and pulse a few times. Id like to know why my fans are being annoying thanks!

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition.

How many fans in the case and how are the fans arranged?
