[SOLVED] Case Fans Will Not Work

Hi everyone, so i built my first computer recently and the case fans would not work. I replaced them with RGB Aigo fans with a controller, these ones also do not work. When I installed them it said to plug the controller into the motherboard and that should give it power. Whenever I start up my computer, they will spin one rotation and then stop. Is this a problem with the connectors? Is it a problem with my motherboard or the BOS? I have a Gigabyte Z370P D3 motherboard if that helps. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Ok, do you have a multimeter? If so, check the voltage from the motherboard's and/or controller's fan ports. I could attempt to explain, but I recommend looking up a pin diagram for the 12V and ground lines on the fan connectors. If not, see if the fans spin on their own (or try to) if you manually push them after the initial POST. Does the BIOS have any manual PWM control? If yes, set all of the fans to full speed and see if they work. Does your fan controller have any software to control it?
Check the BIOS to see if the fans are set to disabled for some reason (silent mode?). Do they spin up at all if you put load on the CPU to increase temperatures? Are the fans PWM or just DC fans; 4 or 3 pin? Additionally, check if the controller needs external power. Do they spin if you plug the fans directly into the motherboard?

So I went into my BIOS and they are not on silent. I tried to mess around with some other settings as well, but nothing worked. They do not spin with a stress test or plugged directly into the motherboard. When one of the fans is plugged right into the motherboard, it does the same thing as before (when it jumps and starts to spin but stops). They are a 4pin connector, and it said that the controller only need the connector plugged into the motherboard.
