work with an Addressable RGB(+5V, 3-pin) capable motherboard or an Addressable RGB(+5V, 3-pin) controller

Looks like that board only has 12V headers.

So no, the RGB element cannot work directly from that board - you'd need a controller.

Your best bet is probably a controller - 5V is the truly 'addressable' RGB, which your board lacks.
Controllers can either link into the board via USB2, or provides a controller for your to control your RGB.

As far as specifics, I don't really have a recommendation. RGB is not really my thing.

Actually, there's an easy answer. CoolerMaster also sells a directly comparable model for use with the 4-pin (12 VDC) plain RGB system (not ARGB) that your mobo has. It ii called the MasterFan MF140 RGB (NOTE the missing "A" near the end). Just get those instead.

Your mobo has two plain RGB (4-pin) headers. If you have only two fans to connect to them, that's easy. But if you need more than two RGB headers, get the MasterFan 1-to-3 RGB Splitter Cable (not the ARGB cable), or two if you need them.
