Question Case Fans wont boot

I got a custom build and they didnt add a couple fan so I asked them to send me the two then didn't put in. I was just going to replace 2 of them that had squeaking problem and when i turned it on none of them started. 3 worked before i replaced 2, what happen??

check the BIOS of the motherboard for case fan settings

which motherboard and fans are you using?

Its a Z490Phantom ITX/TB3 and thermaltake tt 1225s, they are the same ones I replaced
