Case fans WONT spin help

Hello-

I am in the middle of a build as we speak. I have installed my MOBO, heat sink, and RAM. I turned on my PSU to make sure everything was working and my case fans spin, and my heat sink fan spins very slow. Any help? This is my first ever build.

I believe I have the case fans hooked up to the right place, and I am only using the cables from the PSU that are permanently attached. I did not plug in the VGA, CPU, and Sata cables as I do not know what these are?

ASUS STRIX Z270G Gaming MOBO
Fractal Define C Case
VGA 750 GQ Gold PSU

No, but I think I only have the 24pin PSU cable plugged in, do I need the 8pin? And which type it came with a bunch? VGA, CPU, etc

My case fans wont spin, is this bc I am not using the 8pin connector from PSU to MOBO? My CPU came on but very slow (maybe it speeds up as needed), but case fans would not spin at all. I only have the 20+4pin plugged in from PSU. Do I need to the 8pin as well to power the case fans?

the cpu cooler goes into cpu fan 1

Ok the case fans and cpu cooler fans are now spinning All seem kinda slower than I thought they would be (this is mu first build)

The green light is on in my MOBO on top right? Means its good?

yes, everything seems perfect.

they probably will spin harder if you do some more intensive tasks.
