Question Case fans won't work on motherboard ?

I am building a new PC and got darkFlash DLS480 case. Everything is great but I am not able to connect my front fans to motherboard to control fan speed. When I connect them to each other and then SATA power, it works but at 100% of course. I have tried to connect them this way to motherboard and also one by one suspecting pwm fan connection might not have enough power but no luck. What am doing wrong here? Here are some photos:

My motherboard is MSI Z690-A Pro by the way.

Is this correct:

All of the fans work when attached to the motherboard connectors, but they spin at 100% rpm and you can't get them to spin slower. They appear to spin at a fixed RPM only.

Or do you mean something else?

How exactly do you know they are "at 100%"? By ear?

Do any or all of these fans appear anywhere in the BIOS?

Have you navigated to all plausible locations in the BIOS that might give some degree of fan control? Fan control is usually under an "advanced" section somewhere. Not familiar with your specific motherboard.

Sorry for the confusion. I mean when I connect them to motherboard they aren't spinning at all. They are only spinning when I connect them to SATA connection from PSU.

I cannot see them in the BIOS when they are connected to motherboard. On the other hand I can see my CPU fan when I connect either of these pins in the motherboard.

A Z690 mobo will have PWM fan connectors (4-pin). Are these the same connectors on your case fans?
The other type are DC connectors (3-pin).
But if you're saying that they connect with your SATA drive connectors then I suspect that's the way they need to be connected. My old Antec case is like that, but the fans have potentiometers on them so you can dial the speed down if you like. I disconnected mine as I don't really need case cooling as the Noctua fans I run keep the CPU well under control temp-wise and they're really quiet.

But the thing is cables are exactly like a PWM connection. They have 4-pin female, when I plug, they fit perfectly.
