Case for around $60 give or take PSU recommendations

I'm looking for a case for my a build(i5 2500k) It needs to be able to hold around a 12 in GPU just incase and have at least 2 USB 3.0 on the front panel.
Also for a PSU im probably going to get a 6000 series so plus the 2500k and a few fans what PSU should i get, around $50 maybe.

But with shipping that adds up to 80$ I'd rather buy a storm enforcer than that. Also i want at least 2 usb 3.0 slots

true, however for that price it's pretty hard to find one with 2 usb 3's. the In Win Mana 134 is about 70$ but its got what you need.

Definitely a HAF 912, the center section comes out for long video cards. i think you can buy a version of this case on the cooler master website that has USB 3.0 on the front. as for the power supply, i would say a TX750 or 850 would do the trick. i lean toward corsair.
