I live in a hot country.
I want to buy a cool case with sound insulation
What do you recommend?

I want to buy a cool case with sound insulation
I'd suggest forgoing the sound insulation bit. That's a premium feature in 'silent' cases, which don't have the greatest airflow - you'd be forced to go the liquid cooling route.
