Yes but you're going to need a bit more power than that to run a 770. The minimum is 600w for that card. Also if you're gaming with this then you only need 8gigs of ram (2 x 4GB).

Yup, but one other thing though is that the motherboard you have selected is for overclocking, and your cpu is not overclockable. So if you aren't interested in overclocking then you can buy a cheaper mobo (look for the ones that say something along the lines of h87) OR if you are planning on overclocking you'll want to buy the i5 with unlocked cores, which is the 4670k.

Also I see this at the bottom: "ASRock Z87 Extreme6 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard has onboard USB 3.0 headers, but the Apex Vortex 3620 ATX Mid Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports" So if you wanted usb 3.0 on your case you'll need to get a nicer case.

Do those only work with 3.0 usb or can I also use 2.0 with them?

It converts a usb 3.0 header into a usb 2.0 header so you can plug it into your case
