Solution
Cougar does make good PSUs. But I don't remember which they are.

The Seasonic 620 is probably the best of the bunch. It's even $1 cheaper than the EVGA 600B, which isn't known to be the best quality PSU out there. The BQ has similar issues. I'd have to look up the Cougar units, but those are both $20+ more expensive. Might be worth it for the GX600, but the BX700 wouldn't be.

There is a german review. One thing that I worried about right off the bat is this was wrote back in 2010. Which means this is an older unit. The rest of the review, from what I can make out, shows it to be a solid performer though nothing amazing. Worth the extra $25? Not sure. Perhaps...
So a new R5 Ryzen CPU and a 1070, and you're going to pair that with an 80+ bronze PSU?

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151136

Here is a Seasonic 80+ gold rated PSU for $45 after rebate and shipping. Not modular, but overall a much better PSU. If you have to have modular here is a semi modular version for quite a bit more, $77.

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151119

I would get the first one I linked. Cheaper than the bronze unit and better suited for your build.

Neither a Ryzen 5 1600 nor a GTX 1070 are very power hungry. 80+ rating isn't all that important. The Bronze M12II 620W is $59 free shipping if you click the link to Newegg. Plus it's fully modular. But any of the units would be good and each have their own benefit.

So the 620 is more expensive after shipping and rebates, and will cost more money to run. Year after year the 620W bronze will cost more to power his setup compared to the 550W Gold. That's why I mentioned the 80+ rating.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/80_Plus

According to the chart, at 20% the gold unit will use less power the bronze unit is even supposed to hit. When you start at 87% and only go up from there, it doesn't really make sense to get the bronze unit which tops out at 85%. More so seeing as the good unit is still a good unit and cheaper at the start.

To be honest with a higher end system I don't even consider bronze units. I would never spend $50+ on a bronze PSU. Not when gold units are so cheap. If you need a cheap PSU to power your low end build I can see spending $25-450 on a cheap 80+ bronze. But when you are building a higher end system, spending ~$50+ on a gold PSU really is the way to go.

If there is at most a 5% difference in efficiency (85% vs 90%) on a system consuming 250W 8hrs/day, 7days/week, at $0.12/KWhr the saving of the Gold rated unit would amount to roughly $0.50/month or $6.00/year. Most people don't use their system at full load 8hrs/day, so you could really cut that in half.

Not a lot per month, but I guess it could add up over time. I might think about getting rid of my much too powerful gold rated unit for a smaller gold rated unit to keep costs down with better efficiency.

So a seasonic 550w 80 gold is better than seasonic 620w 80 bronse?

The use for this PC is only for Games and VR. I dont want to overclok,
What do you think about this one?
750W SEASONIC FOCUS PLUS SSR-750FX GOLD ATX 80+GOLD
In my country it costs $118.

But you can't. Because the Gold rated unit will pretty much always be 5% better. The funny thing is the idle/surfing/streaming TV. This is usually ~100W with a modern system. 100/620 is sub 20% (16%), where a bronze unit really doesn't care anymore about being efficient. For a 550W it's still sub 20% (18%), but as a gold rated unit it cares more, and being closer to 20% it should be close to it's 87% starting point.

The bigger point I was trying to make is the gold rated unit I listed STARTS cheaper, and will continue to cost less money as you use it. $45 vs $66. It STARTS off being $20 cheaper, and will save you money as you use it. About the only thing the bronze unit has going for it is the modular, but who cares? Once you button your case up that won't really matter.

It's too large for your PC. Your PC under load will use at most 300W. This means anything over 600W is too much PSU for your PC. If they have a 500 or 550W that would make more sense. If you have super hot ambient temps, 30C or more, make sure you get a PSU rated for 50C.

The Gold rated unit you mentioned starts at $64.90 w/ a $20 mail in rebate. I don't count MIR's because they don't always work and they're limited to a VISA debit card, which you can't put back in your bank account.

The bronze unit I listed, if you follow the link, is $59.99.

But that is irrelevant now because I am agreeing with you that the gold rated may be worth it even if it costs $5 more, because that could be saved in the first year of operation. Plus the M12II I listed is lacking OCP, so that now takes it off my list of recommendable power supplies.

It's difficult to tell if the 550W would be more efficient at 75W consumption.

Yes. Looking at the links you're providing I'm finding high quality units at a reasonable price and output. Oddly enough the best I've seen at a reasonable size and cost is... that previously mentioned 620W. (Sigh.) It's not that it's a bad unit, but your options for what to get are really limited. From what I've seen I'd just get that. There are better units, but not available to you.

Is there an amazon that ships to you? I'm only looking at the links you give.

There is no free shipping from Amazon to Perú, I have to pay taxes and I lost the garanty. 🙁
I was thinking in change gtx1070 to gtx1060 because I realized that gtx1060 is enough to play in 1080p,60hz and VR(what i want),and then in the next year(November) update the gtx 1060 to gtx1080ti.
So to dont spend double in a power supply what if i get a 750w 80+GOLD to support this gtx 1060 and then the gtx1080ti.

The "Gold" units also provide lower good efficiency most of the times, like at 10%. I don't think that will be much different than from a 550watt unit, especially looking at "Bronze" there. That 750watt Seasonic seems a good choice even when overpowered for the system.
Can look here for low efficiency nrs,

seem pretty good.

I plugged in my Kill-A-Watt energy meter to see how many watts my system uses.

i7-7700K @4.5GHz (HWInfo64 shows ~65W under load)
EVGA GTX 1070 SC
2x SSD
2x 7,00RPM HDD
4x 120mm fan
Xbox 360 wired controller
Logitech G910 RGB wired Gaming Keyboard
Logitech G403 RGB wired Mouse
Turtle Beach Z22 MLG Headphones

And playing AC Origin my system pulls ~275W from the wall. If I OC my GPU it will pull ~290W. That's AC Watts on the charts I provided. If you try to find 275W of AC Watts, it appears you would get the same 90.0% efficiency on either 550W or 750W unit. Also look at 75W-90W idle and, I can't say for sure, but it also looks to be the same.

My conclusion, on the given system the 550W wouldn't be any more efficient than the 750W SeaSonic FOCUS. Since you cannot get the 550W (it would be cheaper, therefore more economical), you should get the 750W FOCUS. It is a very highly rated PSU.
