Case guidance

Welp, Im putting together a modest Home Theater PC system:

- P4 2Ghz
- 256 Mb DDR RAM
- Creative Audigy 2 Sound-Card (non-Platinum)
- Creative Inspire 5300 Speakers
- Hercules' All-In-Wonder Radeon 7500 Graphics Card/TV Tuner

I've read case guides here and there, but still have no idea what "case league" am I in:
- Do I need a mini/midi/full tower ATX??
- What's my power supply needs, does it go above 300W?
- What's my cooling needs, is the above configuration a massive heat producer?
- What's my silencing needs? will it get noisy?

I'd very much appriciate advice about my whole planned system, and about the case questions. Won't pay money or dance like a monkey, but be appreciative still.
