Hi guys,

I am writing you regarding the NZXT H500 Motherboard. I have almost finished my build with this case. My MOBO is an Asus Sabertooth X79.

I have issues connection the front panel connectro into the MOBO as i'm used to have the Front Panel connector separated by connection: LED +, LED -, PWR SWITCH, RESET BUTTON etc.

But with this case it come in one single connector wich does not populate all the required pins.

I can get the power button to work but no led. It does not match my MOBO pins.

Did anyone had the same problem or is there an adapter i can get to separate the connection and plus each one into the MOBO?

Thanks for your helps guys!

Please tell me if you need more info.

I'm having exactly the same issue, but with the H700i case. This also doesn't include the breakout cable. Part K on my manual are just some cable ties, and no breakout cable mentioned. I haven't been able to find one anywhere online to buy.

Update 1:
I've raised a support ticket with NZXT, perhaps they can supply one.

Update 2:
After contacting NZXT via a support ticket on their website I was sent a front panel breakout cable under warranty. I just had to provide them with my name and address and a copy of my receipt or invoice for the case.

Did you ever resolve this problem? I have the exact same issue: the f-panel cable on my nzxt h500 is missing the pin hole in the top right corner, but my asus x87 motherboard has a different header. It won't fit in any configuration.

I don't have the part k breakout cable referred to. In fact, the manual doesn't even mention a park k - it stops at j.
