[SOLVED] Case has 3.1 USB input and motherboard does not support it!

My case has 3.1 USB input
My case is Cooler Master MasterCase H500M and it has a 3.1 usb input at the front of the case but i can not plug it into my motherboard MSI MPG X570 GAMING PRO CARBON
is there away i can get something to plug that in without making it slower?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 3.8 GHz 12-Core Processor
MB: MSI MPG X570 GAMING PRO CARBON WIFI ATX AM4 Motherboard
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 Memory

Nope. Just get a 3.0 to 3.1 adapter or something. It will run at 3.0 speed but you wont notice the difference for the most part anyways

In that pciture of the manual there is a 2.0 pictured at the top and 3.0 pictured at the bottom. If you have a free 3.0 header, I suggest you get something like this: LINKUP USB 3.0 (3.1 Gen 2) Internal IDC 20 Pin Motherboard Header to A-Key 20 Pin Female Header Active Converter for Type C Panel Mount Adapter https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WG8ZJ41/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_RatwEb4JT63QB

Its pricey, so only get it if you actually need the usb 3.1 ports. If you do get this, they will run at 3.0 speed, but you probably wont notice a difference anyways.

But two adapters hurts signal strength and adds points of failure.

The case has a USB Type C port on the front of the case, which is what I think needs the 3.1 connector

OP, unless you really need front panel USB Type C, don't spend so much money on this. Just leave it disconnected.

The X570 Pro Carbon doesn't, but it does have rear USB Type C if OP really needs it.
