Case has front usb 2.0 and mobo has front 3.0

Can i disregard front usbs and use the ones on back and will it still fit. https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/sbQs4C also other apevia trooper jr cases say incompatible and i dont know what to trust.

Of course you can disregard front ones but you could also use something like this: https://www.amazon.com/SIENOC-USB3-0-Female-Motherboard-Adapter/dp/B00O0HC3Y0/ref=pd_sbs_147_2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=8WC26TJ6PHYKD7ZHNWVB to connect although MB has also internal USB2 ports you could use to connect to front USB.

So regarding how same case has incompatible and compatible at same time should it fit just fine? Also can i use 1 8gb ram stick instead of 2 4gb rams? Just curious.

As far as USB goes, there are 2 types, USB2 and USB3 and have different internal connectors that can't be interchanged. Outside connectors can use either but USB2 device would run at only USB2 speeds even in USB3 connector.
