I am getting the H510i case, and it has a front USB C, but the ASRock B450 Steel Legend I'm getting does not have an internal USB C connector.
Is there a way to still get the USB C to work, or do I need to consider another motherboard? (If so could you list one under 130 with an internal USB C).

What KIND of USB C are you talking about, because USB C is not an indicator of the type of speed, it's an indicator of the form factor of the connector, meaning it's reversible. There are USB C 3.0/3.1 Gen 1, USB C 3.1 Gen 2, USB C thunderbolt 2 and 3, etc.

That case supports USB C 3.1 Gen 2 on the front panel but you are right that the motherboard you are looking at does not support USB 3.1 Gen2 with an internal header.

Honestly, you DO NOT want to use that case. NZXT has REALLY gone down hill in the last year or two. The CAM software sucks butt and is KNOWN to be a major player when it comes to invasion of privacy and phone home practices...

And the "Smart device" has been proven, on two separate generations, to LITERALLY DO NOTHING.

I'd highly, HIGHLY recommend considering a different case AND a different motherboard, if you want front panel USB C 3.1 Gen 2 capability.

The cheapest motherboard for AM4 that I can find that has internal USB 3.1 Gen 2, is the X470 Taichi at 200 bucks. There are no B450 boards that I can see which have this, especially not in the low to mid budget range. Perhaps at the very high end. This is the least expensive board of any AM4 chipset that I see with it. The rest all have internal USB 3.1 Gen 1.
