Case + Mobo any issues?

Heres the plan, im going to be putting together a whole new computer soon and would like to know if I will run into any issues with this case + mobo selection in terms of space. Take note im replacing the power supply.

I don't know about the motherboard, since I don't own one and have not heard anything bad about it.

I do have the same type of case without the facy light and side panel. I was able to run my P4 fine on that case. I checked the power supply on your case and it is not that strong. I prefer something like 400w on a well known power supply maker. If generic, then 500w and above. Also the AMP is important too.
