Case mod for liquid cooling

Hi all!
I have the zalman z3 plus case and i am thinking to install a 240mm aio cooler with the radiator in the front.My case already supports dual 120mm fans at the front but the hdd bay limits the acess from inside (fans are mounted on the exterior).So i thought that if i took out the hdd bay i could probably fit the radiator there!Whats your opinion?And tell me if i will run into tubbing length problems!!

What's wrong with placing it at the top ?

There is no room it will be touching the mobo
