Case Not Turning On

ok so im building my computer and im just wandering why the case isnt turning on ive plugged in the hdd led and power switch into the motherboard but it wont turn on and im just wanting to test if the case works not the computer as i dont have the gpu or cpu installed yet also i know i dont have a faulty psu as the motherboard lights up

You need to plug in the 24-pin cable or use a jumper / paperclip trick and PWR_SW connector for the case to the motherboard to start it up.

I think he just wants to check if the fans and light on the case works and he does not want to boot.
