This is my current planned setup, I am planning on purchasing an ASUS - GeForce RTX 2080 Ti when I have enough money, but im currently looking for a good 144 Hz or better gaming moniter, and suggesting for moniters or all around gear would be greatly appreciated!

Nice build, but you'd be better served with a Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 750w for about the same price as that 850w Evga G3. The G3 series was a little bit of a let down after the success of the G2 series.

With what you have in mobo, ram, cpu, ssd, for a gaming machine the 2070 is a little bit of a letdown unless you skimped on that as unnecessary with cpu performance for production/VMs as more of a priority. To match up what that cpu can do, you'd be looking at 1440p@144Hz or 4k gaming on a RTX2080/Ti

It all looks pretty good - that will be a nice rig!
You can use pcpartpicker.com to double check all the parts together for compatibility.
Everything should fit in that case.

If you have another $100 in the budget, you might want to add a 2 TB HDD for storage.

My intent is to eventually purchase a 2080 ti, but the price gap between them is too large at the time. Also if you have a good moniter suggestion I would love to hear it!

Ahh, ok, that's better lol.
Monitor depends. Size? Resolution? Refresh? G-Sync? Budget?
Size: Im not incredibly picky, doesnt specifically matter.
Resolution: Anything equal or larger than 1920 x 1080
Refresh: Anything equal or higher than 144 Hz.
G-Sync: Definitely
Budget: $500-$700, as im trying to keep entire build under or around $3000.
(Realized I hadnt added keyboard, hopefully budget is still fine!)
