Case PCIe Bracket

Hello, recently i built a new PC and I installed a gpu (gt 1030), but i had one problem: I didn't have screws to mount the gpu (i managed to find screws), but today i got an idea. My case have some sort of case pcie bracket holder ( or something like that? I really dont know if that's his purpose 😀). This is it

I don't know if I'm supposed to use this on my case.

That looks like the outer cover over the Expansion slot area some cases use for esthetics. If so, it isn't going to do any good for securing the gfx card. The screws do that. But the cover will dress up the appearance a bit.
