Case Power Button Not Working

I'm using an Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 motherboard with a Coolermaster 430 case.

I have the cable labelled "power sw" plugged right above the motherboard's power button but when I press the power button on the case nothing happens, same with the reset switch.

Any ideas?
