[SOLVED] Case RGB lighting

Im building a new pc and I'm trying to do a purple/green "Joker" color scheme many of my components will be RGB. I wanted to add RGB leds to line the tempered class case. Are there any RGB strips where you can choose the color for each individual led? Or will I have to set up multiple strips for the different colors?

You can buy what are known as ARGB, or Addressable RGB, lighting strips. You will need a motherboard that supports this type of connector, however, so make sure you pay attention to that when choosing your motherboard.

That motherboard does not support ARGB, no. The easiest way to find out is to go to the manufacturers website, and look at the specifications. You'd be looking under the heading "Internal Connectors" and for a specific header listed as

• 1 x WS2812B Individually Addressable RGB LED strip 5V connector (JRAINBOW1)

One MSI motherboard I know for a fact has one of these, is my motherboard, the MSI X470 Gaming Pro Carbon.

So MSI mystic light won't work with them without the header?
