It's going to be a stupid question but just making sure, I have looked out a case, it supports 160mm cpu fan, and the after market fan i am planning to install is 160mm shall i look bigger case or will be fine?

It will fit, just tightly.

The case manufactures usually leave a few mm on the table. (ie, in real life there's probably 163mm there)
